Al Handy of the Ocean City Recreation & Parks Department was the guest speaker at the Aug. 2 weekly meeting of the Kiwanis Club in the Ocean Pines Community Center. He is pictured with Kiwanis Club President Barbara Peletier, who presented a club donation of $400 to help with the youth program.
