Daughters Of The American Revolution Pay Tribute To Rozelle Purnell Handy

The General Levin Winder Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution recently paid tribute to Rozelle Purnell Handy, who formed the Friendly Library, which was a precursor to the Berlin Library Association and the Worcester County Library System.
