At a dinner at the Atlantic Hotel in Berlin last week, Congressman Andy Harris (R-Md.), who was guest speaker at the event, was presented with Girl Scout cookies from Public Relations and Publicity Chair Anna Foultz and Campaign Chair Arleen Jamison.
